FREEDOM of Ontario’s Open Letter to the Toronto District School Board Trustees Summary / TLDR TDSB's policy-making around the Secondary Program Review and the two latest Policies has significant issues in historical, educational and legal aspects. The particular TDSB officers' individual disqualifications are deeply concerning and it appears that they have been obsessed with the ideology of mega MEGA. We have seen clear and unequivocal triple intent toward racially rigged education, and proclaim that any child(ren) of any race(s) must be entirely free from historical debt(s) owed by any race(s). TDSB Trustees shall decline the two Policies for the public interest.

Brief History of the "Coloured People" Provision in the Ontario School Act , Its Role in Racial Segregations, and Its Resurrection Summary / TLDR The "Coloured People" provision remained in the Upper Canada / Ontario School Act from 1850 through 1964, for more than 110 years! It was manipulatable, and used as the legal ground for racially segregated schools of coloured people, and to unreasonably retain educational resources for some race(s). It is being resurrected by the TDSB Secondary Program Review and its policies in the name of mega MEGA, which are to restrict the student flow. FREEDOM of Ontario's Heads-up Message to Ontario Citizens and Residents Summary / TLDR The PDSB and the TDSB's recent policy-makings have shown significant procedural issues, and have shown the policy makers' omission of historical context, ignorance of legal basics, lack of global perspective and obsession with ideology of mega MEGA. They have also exposed alarming signals of resurrected segregations, triple racial rigging, and potential issues beyond education. We have built FREEDOMofOntario.org , published the draft FREEDOM Declaration of Ontario , and will be publishing accompanying posts and open/public letters.
